Our COVID Clean Commitment

Thank you for choosing the Atrium hotel! As a family owned business, we greatly appreciate your support during these times of uncertainty.

Our staff would also like to thank you for your patience & understanding as we work within set guidelines to ensure the safety of our hotel guests and staff. Our team is working diligently to create a safe environment for all who enter.

Enhanced Safety Protocols

Food & Beverage Services:

  • Waterfalls restaurant is now open for continental breakfast, however, our Sunset Lounge and Ilum Poolside Lounge remain closed.

Lobby, Pool & Common Areas:

  • Additional hotel hygiene protocols – frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
  • Additional sanitizing and disinfecting of high touch common areas throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are provided for guests.

Housekeeping & Guest Services:

  • Temporary limitations to guest room cleaning services.
  • Contact Guest Services for any housekeeping requests, towels, etc. during your stay.

Before Your Arrival:

  • Additional sterilization & disinfecting protocols have been taken to ensure your safety.
  • Sterilization protocols to include common areas, laundry & guest room surfaces have been increased.

You may also notice we are making improvements to our hotel. Our staff will do our best to keep guests informed if this will impact your stay in any way.
