Whether you need a meeting for 4 or a conference or wedding for 400, The Atrium Hotel is the ideal choice. An experienced Meeting Planner or Wedding Coordinator will be at your service.

Wedding and Reception Planning

While planning for this special day, we know that you will have many questions. Below are some commonly asked questions and answers that we hope will help!

Where will the Reception be held?
We have four different rooms for receptions:
  • The Sunset Suite, which can hold a maximum of 40 guests.   This suite offers a spectacular view of nature at her best at the close of the day.
  • The Bougainvillea Suite, which can hold a maximum of 80 guests.  This room offers an outdoor patio surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
  • The Hibiscus Suite, which can hold a maximum of 120 guests. (indoor) and a maximum of 250 guests (indoor and outdoor)
  • The Garden Ballroom, which can hold a maximum of 450 guests.  The elegant ballroom has a generous pre-function area for guest reception, gift tables and place card tables.
Can we hold the Ceremony there as well?
Ceremonies are traditionally held poolside, however, you may also hold your ceremony in any one of the above listed reception rooms.
What times are available for my Wedding Reception?
Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm or 6:00pm - 12:00am
Sunday: Any six (6) hour time frame.
How do we reserve a date?
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 is required at the time of booking.  Reserving your date can be done over the phone or in person with a member of our professional catering team. You may book your event one year in advance.
What will we provide?
Our catering team can offer several referrals for entertainment, photographer, videographer, florist, and decorations.
How much will it cost?
Our wedding Luncheons start at $35.00 per person and dinners start at $40.00 per person.  A taxable 20% service charge and 7.75% sales tax is applied to all food and beverage items. (California State Board of Equalization Regulation Number 1603).
